Otuba is a populated place situated in the Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State, Nigeria. It is located in the central region of Nigeria and lies on the banks of the River Niger. Otuba is a predominantly rural community with a population of about 3,000 people.

The primary language spoken in Otuba is Ebira, which is also the predominant language spoken within the Lokoja Local Government Area. The community is mostly made up of farmers who engage in the cultivation of crops such as yam, cassava, maize, and rice.

Otuba has several primary and secondary schools, but access to quality education remains a challenge for many residents due to the lack of proper infrastructure and facilities. The nearest major town to Otuba is Lokoja, which is about 25 km away.

The community has a health center, but basic healthcare services are limited due to the lack of trained medical personnel and inadequate medical equipment. Access to clean water and sanitation facilities is also a major challenge for residents of Otuba.

In terms of transportation, Otuba is connected to other parts of the state and the country by a network of roads. The community also has a small market where locals trade in agricultural produce and other goods.
